V-Grits Food Truck
Since 2015, the V-Grits food truck has attended and hosted over 125 events in our hometown of Louisville, KY, serving southern style vegan meals. Everything, including our vegan meats and cheese, are made from scratch. A few of our famous dishes include the Loaded Mac & Cheese [our fan-favorite creamy mac topped with BBQ jackfruit and coconut bacon], the Where Do You Get Your Protein Burger [a double patty monster of a sandwich], Chicken & Waffles, and a Crab Cake Po' Boy.
With our organic line of prepared meals, Elevate, and our vegan cheeses available in grocery stores, we don't hit the streets as much as we used to, but you can find us around town at least a couple of times per month!
